It seems that users of Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus smartphones are perhaps not as happy with the storage capacities of their device as they would’ve been. The Korean smartphone giant had launched both devices with 64GB of storage space in United States, but now company is introducing two more bigger variants of both in the country.
That’s true – the company just announced 128GB and 256GB versions of Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus in United States, and the pre-orders for both of them have already begun. The full launch is scheduled for 18th of May, post which company will start shipping the devices. Announcing the new models company’s SVP of Mobile Product Strategy and Marketing Mr. Justin Denison said:
“Our phones are filled with big files such as uncompressed photos, 4K videos, feature-length movies and more. Samsung now offers Galaxy S9 and S9+ with more on-board storage to give peace of mind to users who want to instantly access their high-capacity files while on the go. With these new high-capacity models and the flexibility of expandable storage, Galaxy S9 and S9+ owners have a variety of ways to keep their content close.”
The pricing of these new models for both Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will be as per the structure given below:
|Samsung Galaxy S9||Samsung Galaxy S9+|
All of these 4 new models will be Samsung.com exclusives, so if you want them you’ll have to order them online. And they’ll be available in 3 color choices: Lilac Purple, Coral Blue and Midnight Black.
And now the most interesting part. If you order any of these high capacity phones you’ll get either a Gear IconX headphone worth $200 absolutely free or a Gear S3 Frontier smartwatch worth $300 for $99. These are some very decent offers on the top of a great smartphone, so if you’re looking to purchase a new high-end smartphone you may want to consider these new beasts seriously.
