Moto G7 is on sale today, $50 off via Google Fi

Announcing a smartphone with a “sale price” seems to be the new trend that companies have decided to follow these days. Just a few days ago, Nokia 9 PureView was announced with a sale price of $599. This is exactly $100 off than its original price of $699. Now, Motorola has unveiled Moto G7 which will be sold via Google Fi and bundled with a $50 discount.

According to the terms and conditions mentioned on their website, you should be able to see the discount on the checkout page itself. Additionally, you need to activate Google Fi within 30 days of the device shipment. If the activation doesn’t happen, Google will charge a $50 to your Google Payment account to cover the discounted price.

There’s no limit on how many days or months you need to keep the Google Fi service. But, there’s a limit on how many Moto G7 devices that can be purchased to avail this offer. Hint – Just one.

As far as the device is concerned, it runs on Snapdragon 632 which is a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. The RAM is limited to 4GB and that could be a deal-breaker for a few. The display is supposedly 6.2 inches and 2270×1080 resolution with 19:9 aspect ratio. There are two cameras on the back. A 12 MP and 5 MP with 1.8 aperture that has a capability to record 4K at 30 fps.

Overall, the phone is definitely good for those who are looking to buy something in this price range.
