Asus Zenfone 6 is going to be launched on the 16th of May in Spain, and as a result, Asus has now started the promotion of its upcoming flagship. A promo image shared from the official Twitter handle of the company shows the device with no bezels and no notch. That’s a really cool design, and if the actual device looks like that then it is certainly bound to bring some solid competition for other flagship devices in its price range.
Asus Zenfone 6 Design
Asus Zenfone 6 has been in the rumors for quite some time recently. A few days back rumors had suggested that the company was working on a first of its kind dual-slider design for this phone. In that design, the back side of the device could be slid a little in both up and down directions. The upper slide would reveal the selfie camera with a powerful flash module, and the bottom side would reveal two powerful front-firing loudspeakers. It was a design that stood out from the crowd and generated headlines ever since it leaked.

Now when the launch date is approaching, the promo images being leaked by Asus are also hinting that this design leaked a few days ago may indeed become the reality in Zenfone 6. As you can see in the promo image tweeted today, there are no signs of any notch or pinhole for the selfie camera of this phone. However, since we’ve not seen it yet in action, we can’t say anything about it with certainty. Who knows, if company decides to use the trendy pop-up selfie camera in this phone?
The tagline of Asus Zenfone 6 is also quite inline with its looks. “Defy ordinary”, it says. The caption with which company shared this promo image also said something similar: “Embrace the extraordinary revolution”. And till now the device is indeed looking to be an extraordinary piece of art.
As far as specs of Zenfone 6 are concerned, we know at least some of them as FCC certified the device recently. It’s expected to come with a dual-camera setup with 48mp main sensor, 18watt fast charging support and Snapdragon 855 processor. We’re also expecting 6GB of RAM, at least 6-inches large display and 128GB of storage. The phone will be based on Android 9 Pie.
